After a short exodus in Texas, I have returned to California and moved to the San Jose area. I am looking for a group of people to play Burning Wheel games with. Being deep in reading the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series, I had an urge to run a more politics heavy Burning Wheel game, though I would be up for playing anything.

If anyone needs another player, or you are interested in starting up a group, then let me know.

Nominally, I live in the San Jose area... but I spend most of my time on the road. F***ing Wichita, KS right now & Topeka in a couple weeks. Just a lot of time in f***ing Kansas right now. Any time I get at home, it's with my family.

Good luck to you, though.

There must be a scene up in Marin, though. When I was in San Rafael, they had every friggin BW book in their FLGS (http://www.gamescape-north.com/), including Burning Sands & Blossoms. Someone has some kind of Hochen thing up in Santa Rosa, according to Google.

I know the peeps at Game Kastle (http://www.gamekastle.com/) near Santa Clara University read BW because the clerks at the FLGS were all "Awesome, dude" when I picked up some BW stuff there... but I don't know if there's a big BW scene there.

Ugg... Kansas. I don't envy you at all. I moved to California from Kansas. There's a reason my family comes to visit and not vice versa. :P
