Second Printing & Errata

Rumor is that the hardcover book just had a second print run, with errata. Maybe I missed it, but is the errata posted somewhere on the site, for those of us who purchased the first printing?

Also, will existing PDF customers (yeah, I bought both the PDF and the hardcover) be able to download an updated PDF?

I sure hope I kept a change-log of the errata updates.

As for the PDF, unfortunately it is far beyond my means to update PDFs. I wish I could!
