Another question, when opening a new skill that its root is two stats.
Does the new skill starts with the average of the root stats divided by 2?
So you do average, and then additionally divide by 2?

If I remember right, you use only the higher stat of yours, not the avarage, but don't count on me.

AFAICR Mickeroo is right, when one stat is another Shade you add +2 to the higher before dividing.
And oooh, another Israeli! ::points!::

Ahh ok. I had never seen that before. Normally I stick to the simple TLAs (Three letter abreviations)

Also optional as "As far as I can recall", AFAIK is as far as I know, etc.
