Aura of Martyrdom trait and enchanting rules

In the Aura of Martyrdom trait description, there is mention of an Enchanting pdf.

Could someone point me in the right direction, I can't seem to find it?

I read the trait description and my mind went crazy. Is that a plot device for your ass or what?! Just want to check out this enchanting part, because I may have to change my storyline. This is too cool.
