Let's say A and B and C get together to have a fight.
A's Reflexes are 3, B's are 4, and C's are 4. (If it matters, A and B are the GM's; they are on the same team.)
So, do B and C get an extra die in positioning due to having the highest Reflexes? Or does no one get an extra die (my favorite solution)?
IOW, when comparing for the extra die due to high Reflexes (and speed, I suppose) in Fight!, when the high Reflexes are shared, ought anyone or no one to get extra dice or is it something else?
