In the light of my resent conversion to WH40K BW headism, heres a little taster:

The Powerfist. A fearsome weapon that uses servos and powerfields to crush and disrupt whatever it strikes. Built from rare, near forgotten technology a powerfist is often a revered artifact handed down from generation to generation. Or torn from the corpses of those who were too slow to use it properly.

Powerfist Power: 4 Add: 2 Speed: Unwieldy
VA: 5 Range: Shortest

More will come

I know that Power FIsts are monsters in close combat, but you haven't got stats for armor yet. My suggestion would be to make power straight 5, lower VA to 3 (or 4) and change Add to 3, so this baby would really feel like a damn close combat behemoth.

Power Claws: Power: 2 Add: 2 Speed: Slow, VA: 5 Range: shortest

Before this goes on much longer, I've got to put my foot down: It's Rogue (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=rogue) Trader.

Rouge (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=rouge) Trader is a whole different campaign.

And at the time, I thought replace the infamous theif by rogue was a good idea to promote literacy... Unfortunately, the makeup term was badly chosen.

However, to get back on topic.

This was all just a teaser, armour looks like this for the moment:

Mesh B2
Carpace B3
Power Armour B5
Terminator Armour G5

Clumsy weight and such to be factored in come may the 28th.

It is particulary noted in the descriptions of power weapons and the migthy powerfist that they carve through armour like they do through flesh.

So I'll compromise:
Power Fist: Power: 5 Add: 2 Speed: Unwieldy VA: 4 Range: shortest

Why not add 3, well IMO the Unwieldy (set - strike) makes it slow yet deadly.
Add 3 requiers higher skill (or better roll) and the point with the Powerfist is that you do not need to be skilled to kill with it. You need to be skilled to survive while fighting with it.

make sense?

Same with the Powerclaws,
Power Claws: Power: 4 Add: 2 Speed: unwieldy, VA: 3 Range: shortest

Why, cause the hydralic pistons and shear like blades crush anything between them. It is a more primitive version of the powerfist (no forcefields) and thus more accessible (will get to the resource cost eventually).

Oh and edited the title to Rogue Trader. Thank you Luke.
