As I was perusing the locations of members here I realized that as this community grows, having a standard entry style for our locations would help people find each other (if they want to be found that is). Its minor I know, but it would make player finding much easier. If folks entered Country, State/Province, City it would be a breeze doing a member list by location. I've seen lots of different formats used for location entry, mine is wonky too, that make the location list less beneficial. Maybe its not really a big deal though but as the game grows it could make things easier on folks that show up looking for gamers in their area. Just a thought. Dismiss at will.

Of course, location wouldn't need to be mandatory, but I think this is a great idea. However, I would switch the location of country and city, becaue chances are, if you're from New York City, you're from the United States. That would jsjut save a little more time, I think,

I just thought it would make for better browsing if we were listed from general to specific. That way, everyone from the same state would come up together and you could compare cities and determine how close folks were to you. If you go city first, then it becomes more troublesome finding folks in your state. That in mind I was trying to consider the best way to maintain the list keeping in mind international interest. And yeah, certainly not mandatory, just standardized for those who are interested.

Ah, that is a good point. I guess the best thing to do would be to make our own locations fit and then hope others follow.
