In example there is a ranger in the woods and someone summons nameless spirit to mislead him in forst for 40 days. Spirit misleads him in everything. Does this ranger get any roll to counter spirits misleading or does his skills affect in anyway how easily spirit can make him lost ?

Spirits don't have, in my mind, an absolute power: they can't do more than "fight" within their element with as much dice as their Strength. If you bind an Earth Spirit to prevent someone from leaving a wood, with a duration of 40 days, I would have the Spirit Strength added to the obstacle of the ranger trying to get out. Add an Air spirit to prevent his arrows to hit his mark, and he may well starve before finding its way.

My opinion is the same. Spirit Strength becomes an Obstacle Penalty.
