Unfortuneatly no. Forcing 'pegboy' on a character isn't the nicest thing BW does, but pegboys were what the description says: evening pleasure for the experienced sailors.

But don't let the description limit you in character creation. As with other traits it says: this is what the character has been through and is inevitably marked by. This does not mean the character was a pegboy every single night or that he enjoyed it particularly. Maybe he was pegged only once or never was, but is constantly accused of being a happy pegboy since he became first mate so quickly? Also, if it doesn't suit the campaign or setting at all or if your group doesn't like it, vote it out.
