So far this was my best GenCon ever! It's always good to see old friends (Paka, Brad, Durgil, Keith and Chicago Crew) and meet new people. It was crazy during the day at the booth and even more insane during after horurs chat & gaming. Thank You all for everything!

:P I can't run Conspiracy of Shadows Revised yet, but I'll be rectifying that soon. Keith (Bob Goat) runs a seriously mean game (not surprising, since he wrote it), and I recommend it to everyone.

That was my best Gen Con as well. The Nest of Webs and The Gift were great! In The Nest of Webs, Luke had 20 of us to listen to and deal with. It was truely amazing to watch him in action! :lol:

:P I can't run Conspiracy of Shadows Revised yet, but I'll be rectifying that soon. Keith (Bob Goat) runs a seriously mean game (not surprising, since he wrote it), and I recommend it to everyone.

I run a monthly game of CoS where the conspiracy is within the high ranking officers of the world's navies and the cell is a ship of pirates. Fun stuff that I can't wait to get back to in September with the revised edition.

The Gift was awesome - our prince (a newbie to the game really) scripted two perfectly placed Feints in the Duel of Wits and destroyed the Dwarven Prince. It was wild.

Very cool to see the NYC BW crew and meet Eric Minton and Tony (aka Durgil). I wish we had gotten in on some Embassy Suites action - its on the agenda for next year!

Also bought Thieves World (from Green Ronin) and Iron Kingdoms with the exclusive intention of converting them into BW. Muh hahahahaha.

Can you imagine the Vulgar Unicorn and the Maze with BW Circles and Resources mechanics? SCORE!

Overall a mediocre con for me. I had fun during The Gift and just chatting a bit with the people we'd met before.

I'm coming to the conclusion that I just don't want to play in a lot of con games as much as I want to game with some folks I "know" from forums. It's not like we get to game together often, if at all. So it would be nice to see what Judd, Keith, Thor, Dro or anyone else could come up with.

I know I've talked about creating a thieves guild, dirty backstabbing type scenario for next year. BW would kick all sorts of ass with this with circles and duels of wits being in play. So who knows my BW homage to Thieves World may just make an appearance next year.
