Luke, I just wanted to say that I really like the new look of the BW website, as well as all of the new downloads.

You don't seem to be taking much of a break since getting back from Gen Con.

Faithfully I wait, breath bated and critical eye ready to shred.

What resolution is the home page built for? I'm asking because I'm at 1024x768, but even with Firefox maximized, I've got to scroll horizontally to get the navigation on screen.

I'm using a PowerBook, OS X, Firefox 1.0.4.

Not complaining, just wanted to mention it. I like the new artwork.

Chris,

I'm having no problem, the site looks great, the details I'm using are as follows:

OS: XP
Machine: Toshiba Laptop
Resolution: 1280 x 800
Firefox: 1.0.6

I've no scrolling or anything like that.

2 differences perhaps:
i. resolution setting
ii. firefox version (I doubt it though - is 1.0.6 available for OS X?)

You need slightly higher resolution Chris. (I'm on 1280x1024 - no problems at all)

I think a 12" Powerbook has a max 1024x768 resolution.

fits fine on my 12" G4 PB running OSX 10.4 -- there's a little bit extra on the right hand side, but I can see everything.

I'm at 1024x768 resolution and I can't see the whole page. Considering no one browses full screen, I highly recommend reducing the size of the page to a standard that most browsers will find acceptable.

my 12" laptop's at the same resolution and I can see all the important bits.

Is that with the browser filling the entire window? My browser fits about 80% and the links were half hidden over on the right. That's just poor design.

Now you're tossing insults. Try hitting that little maximize button up there at the top of your windows and join us in full screen browsing. You'll see so much that you're missing!

Me too. That's why my post said "not complaining". It's functional, but I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you cared about that sort of thing. Personally, it doesn't bother me. My pBook has a max res of 1024x768, so a small amount of screen real estate comes with the territory.
