What is the effect of lighter-shade Reflexes?

Grey Reflexes doubles the amount of action you have in a very special manner. You script your extra actions in between Black actions.

Grey 4 reflexes (8 actions):
Volley 1:
Block
(Strike)
Block
(Strike)

Volley 2:
Avoid
(Disarm)

Volley 3:
Avoid
(Lock)

White reflexes would boost the number of actions times three!
