Weapon skill allocation question

When allocating points to "appropriate weapon" can the points be put into multiple weapons or just one?

Aha! Note the singular case "appropriate weapon!" One weapon = one skill.

though kublai's right, eru is a powergamer :shock:, i don't see why "Appropriate Weapons" can't stand in for multiple choices. Especially since that's how I intended it. :roll: A Sgt might learn to lance as well as learn to kill at range with a crossbow.

Go for it, they're your skill points! (and there are mighty few of them to be spending on multiple weapons skills.)

I ask these questions so that I may be the anti-powergamer.

Clarity in these questions is very important to me. Especially since, in many cases, the books do not bear out the intention.

actually, the exact intention and ruling is stated quite clearly -- with examples -- on page 21 of the Character Burner.
