Lately I've been ready a little bit about different types of personal swords, such as the rapier, and why these weapons gained in popularity in the Renaissance. I can't find the article now, but I remember reading a statement that essentially brought up the idea that part of their popularity came from the weapon's reliance of the user's agility, not their strength or, in BW terms, Power. This made them more powerful in the hands of a typical city dweller, as opposed to a soldier.
That got me to thinking - with weapons that are more reliant on a quick and agile thrust action, wouldn't it make more sense to use a character's Agility or maybe even Reflex exponent to determine the base damage instead of their Power?
