IRC Burning Empires

I want to play in the first ever* Burning Empires game at #indierpgs. I figure that advertising it here will both possibly net me players and decrease my competition. I'm very open for times. It will probably be scheduled towards who I really think will show up. I am also open towards being a player or GM. It may possibily take me till the 24th to get the .pdf.

Would this work for people who don't have the PDF? I'm gussing "no" but it's worth checking.
