I'm not sure this is the correct forum for this question, just my best guess. Could admins please move as appropriate.
So, just like the title says. Are Grey dice fairly rare in your game, can you even recall a time when a Grey shade came into play? Or the pretty much only on BBEG NPCs, or do you PCs have occational Grey stats/skills? What about PCs with multiple Grey shades, do you have those? Have you ever had a creature in play that had a White shade?

Grey dice are quite rare, indeed, and white dice even more so!
Grey dice sightings:
-12th level Kensai D+D conversion ended up with Grey Martial arts and Grey Steel.
-Big, bad demon who was the campaign's villain.
-Big, nasty troll monster.
-When allowed, 5 or 6 LP Elves and Dwarves will have a grey stat or two, and thus a few grey skills. (See The Gift scenario.)
-The only PC I know of whom epiphanied a Black to Grey can be read about in Abzu Si-Jak AP thread.
White Dice sightings:
-none!

To add to Kublai's Gray dice sighting list:
- Giant played by one of our players (gray Forte, I do not remeber if he had another Gray stat, and if he had it was probably Power)

Perhaps my current game is somewhat atypical, but grey dice actually show up quite often as two of the PCs have grey skills/stats:
- The elven loremaster: grey Will => grey Circles, social skills, spell songs, etc.
- The dwarven prince: grey Greed, Resources and Steel. Also, his Dwarven Shield uses grey dice.
I haven’t seen white shaded dice yet, though.
