Read about the Sustainer Matrix Here (http://www.burningwheel.org/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=14&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0)

A Sustainer Matrix is an item that will allow a wizard to sustain a specific spell without losing a Will die. In other words, it grants you an extra die of Will. So why does it cost 10 pts as opposed to 5 pts? I ask this because any other matrices that grant you 1 die for a specific spell only cost 5 pts.

Now, this isn't in the rules, but we've always played it that the Sustainer also negates all Tax for any The Power Still Flows Through Him tests. Is this power where the extra 5 pts comes from but you forgot to note it in the listing?
