Hello Sir Leper.

The Magic Burner is not released and is not in production.

you may go here:
http://www.burningwheel.org/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownload&cid=5

and download the first two chapters for free.

Thank you, and let me personally say your system is great, and at as steal of a price also.

Not to be a nagging nancy, but I simply MUST know:
will other chapters be made/released? can you tell me anything more?

PS: I promise from here on out to spell "magic" correctly ;)

I know your hard at work on the Monster Burner, and perhaps other various things we can burn.. I mean use to burn. Is there anything else you are currently working on? Also, when can we expect the Monster Burner to be up for sale/Download?

Um, guys? "Hard at work" doesn't quite cut it. I know game design isn't coal mining or anything, but it's really fucking hard to write and publish your own books.

So one thing at a time. Monster Burner is going to blow your little minds. (And i do mean little! )

And to answer your gentle inquiries: I am working on the Monster Burner. Period. That's it. Nothing else.
It'll be out for GenCon.

Magic Burner ain't comin out until next year. Anything else I work on will be released as a downloadable pdf in the meantime.

Let me turn this little carousel around: There's plenty to play with on the site. Have you run through VGP? Have you burned up a few characters and posted them to the site? Have you rumbled in a half dozen melee combats and posted them to Actual Play on the Forge? Have you abstracted new spells and posted them in the Magic Burner forum? Have you got all your gamer friends together and run through Poison Ambition? Have you run a game wherein a character starts Gifted but without the Sorcery skill which he then develops across the course of the game, in the end coming to rule over his home city as a magocratic tyrant?

No? Well, then what the hell are you waiting for? Get to it! And I want a full report.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.

I hope all the stuff I am currently writing for Fortune's Tide would be more than enough Magicky goodness for anyone for a while :D

First out my summoning and necromancy rules. I think I lost my first 20 pages when my dog chewed on my backup disks (yeah, likely excuse). However I have all of my development notes and have been hard at work getting everything written.

Luke's right. Its hard work.

I'd like to say that I think one or two books a year is an excellent schedule :)
