Just checking -- so Burning Wheel should also have a philosophy/general plan/specific plan form to a Belief?

I read that and then drew back as it seemed from consulting the books and threads that it was intended for Burning Empires only. (Which I have not read)

Check out page 31 of the Character Burner. Beliefs have to be active and present things. Hence, "What are you going to do about it?"

Some changes needed then for our game. That should solve the almost-duplicated Belief problem that two of the players have going on that's been niggling at me as well.
