A few lifepaths seem to be missing.
Witch: Peasant/Augur lists as a prereq, “Witch” – is this a reference to crazy Witch? It seems unlikely since Crazy Witch includes Augur as a prereq of its own…
Village Craftsman: The Villager Master Craftsman requires “Craftsman or Journeyman”. But there is no “Craftsman” – just Apprentices and Masters.
City Craftsman: There is a City Journeyman, but no Apprentice or Master Craftsman. Since the City Journeyman is different from the Village version (you get access to all skills rather than a subset), what stats do the missing Apprentice and Master have?

So what stats would these missing paths have?

What you've detected is not something missing, but simply the quirks of the lifepath system.

If you want to take full-on Craftsman, you've got to head on over to the City-Dweller Setting. Does this mean I think there were no craftsman in villages? Of course not, this is simply designed to force you to take a lead.

Same for Apprentice and whatnot. Start in the Village Setting and work your way into the Master Craftsman lifepath. (It's actually quite likely that there were no Master Craftsmen in the Village setting. This position commanded such wealth and status it's quite likely that these men either enjoyed the privileges of urban and town life or were members of the court.)

The Witch requirement for Augur indicates the Crazy Witch lifepath in Outcast. There is more than one way to get to both of these lifepaths, and they both lead to each other. I'm sorry if there was any confusion.
