Can you establish a foundation to grant money back to the character who funded it? Say a PC has 10d resources. Can he use a building scene for a 5Ob resource test to fund a 2d foundation for himself? If he does so, can he use 12d in later resource tests?

Sure, why not? He's risking tax. And a fund is also a physical thing which can be molested by the GM or other players.

Ok, just checking. I certainly didn't see anything prohibiting it, but it still fealt a bit sneaky. It will certainly make burning up some other tech later a bit easier.
