8LPs, dammit! Precision Training is a little dodgey - it is in the book, but for the Tengu has it (so it is referenced in the book ). I would worry more if I thought the character was actually going to be played, rather than an exercise in seeing how effective I could make a Yamabushi/Blind Swordsman . . .
Anyone comments?
