Hello all,
This is my first post here, after running my first game of BW last weekend. I want to start off by saying that I think you've got the foundations for one of the best systems of all time here. As a GM of numerous genres, and far too many systems, this one gets two thumbs up all the way.
I do have a question though, so let me get to it. I might have missed this somewhere on the boards, and if I did forgive me, but I did look.
I found rules in the game for a large amount of grey abilities and stats, but not Willpower. I was wondering what a grey willpower would do to the OB for a scocery that is based off the target's willpower? Would it totally negate the spell coming from a mundane source, or would the OB be increased? From my understanding having a grey sorcery wouldn't change the caster's ability beyond making it easier to achieve successes, so I'm assuming that a grey willpower would just increase the difficulty, correct? If it goes just off the exponent then that would mean a being with a G3 is easier to persuade than a person with B6, which doesn't seem right.
This could also be applicable to other spells that have target stats as OBs as well, so I thought I would bring it up.
