Rolling for Rending Claws

Mukhadish (me) vs. Kerrn (Roy) in Close Combat. I choose Overbear, he chooses Hand-to-Hand. Because of Rending Claws, I can take an additional HtH attack. Do I roll once? Twice? Divide my dice? Does he roll once? Twice?
