Unwieldly weapons and Great Strike

"Unwieldly weapons require a 'set' action preceding a Strike or Great Strike." (94)

So, is there any reason not to Great Strike every time with a U weapon?

an Unwieldy weapon requires a Set action. A Great Strike requires a Set action. That sounds like two Set actions to me.

Unwieldy weapons require two Sets to pull off a Great Strike. So that's three actions for a G/S as opposed to two with a Strike. I guess it depends on how much time you have on your hands.
