Having read through the rules, BW seems like the perfect setting for a campaign idea that I have been working on for a while. One basic plot point is that all the dwarves are Orcish slaves. Some are usable as player characters because humans in the town can also own dwarves. I want to create a concept replacing Dwarven Greed called the Grudge. In some ways, the grudge is like hatred, but it is not as full of the bile and venom. Grudge escalates by tests and is reduced by "victories." Victories occur when the Dwarf PC manages to set back the orcish cause without bringing hell down upon her or her people.

I will work out the exact details over time (the game cannot even start due to RL concerns of my players until January) but have often found it productive to throw out ideas early on and see what perspectives others have.

I look forward to any comments others might have about how such a system should work and what the Ob's should be.

Ooh, neat, I can't wait. I have a bunch of custom races for my world and need to create one or two specialized attributes for them myself, so I'm eager to see what you come up with.
