Character Sheet Confusion

I'm burning a bunch of characters for my City of Skova campaign.

I noticed that, on the character sheet I'm using, there is a section for Relationships that lists Circles, Named Circles and Enemy Circles relative to each named Relationship.

I found nothing in the Character Burner that discusses these elements of a Relationship. Am I missing something?

It's for characters brought in during play, so you can track how close they are to becoming a relationship.

If you make a Circles roll and meet your Obstacle, you list them in the Circles section.

If you make a Circles roll and exceed your Obstacle (thus giving yourself +1D to use Circles to find them in the future), you list them in the Named Circles section.

If you make a Circles roll and fail, generating the Enmity Clause, you list the character in the Enemy Circles area.
