Using Faith to Aid Faith?

Can a priest use Blessing or Aid to gain advantage dice on a subsequent Faith test? For instance, if I plan to try performing a Minor Miracle, may I first pray for aid on my Faith test for it?

My feeling is that the answer should be a definitive "NO!" as that seems totally cheaty (using an ability to aid itself). Any disagreement?

Page 232 of the BW, the text of Blessing and Aid are both specific about what can benefit from these powers.

You're instinct is correct, Faith can't boost Faith.

At the same time, I note that a strict reading of these descriptions means that Blessing and Aid cannot be used to provide bonus dice for Circles or Resources either.... Is that strict reading correct?

Hey... just wanted to chime in again on this question--- i.e. the fact that a strict reading of the rules suggests one cannot use Blessing and Aid to help Circles & Resources tests? Is that how folks actually play on this point? Just curious.
