View Full Version : Two BW Game Threads
Over at nerdnyc.com there are two great threads to follow surrounding the creation of two BW games:
Fool's Quest
http://www.nerdnyc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7326
and
Dockside
http://www.nerdnyc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7327
I'm very interested to see how these turn out -- they both have finish in 6 sessions. I'll try to get the players and GMs to post a little actual play.

Dockside looks super cool! I love me some Steampunk.
iper, on a side note, did you ever play Arcanum on the PC?
It was Steampunk (Zepplins, Revolvers, Tinker-type Inventions) mixed with Elves, magic, swordplay and a 1940's style dress. They also dealt with the war between tech and magic - the more tech skills your character learned, the less effective "magic" gear was and vice versa. It was such a cool concept but I could never find a system/setting for it. I'm not sure how much of each is present in Dockside but it if you can find an old copy or a friend who has it - it might be worth looking at for some cool ideas (inventions, etc.)
