Concept: The God of Cooking is a genius chef and kick-ass boxer.

Character Name: Chen Kinichi

Born as a poor peasant, he was taken in by a local temple that was known for vigilante justice. Trained and disciplined throughout his life, he became an apt warrior. But his life's calling was always cooking, as proven daily at the temple's meals. Seeing his culinary skills being wasted, his master encouraged him to leave the temple in search of a greater cause. Chen now wanders the countryside making a living as a chef wherever he can find work - and deals out justice wherever needed!

What inspired me? I broke an oath and brought the books to work! That's enough for my brain to start bubbling and burning.

So, how much would a magic wok cost? One that either helped his cooking or acted as a missle-reflecting shield or both!

I think with such Cooking skill, he should have certain cooking related magics, like people being entranced by the smell and unable to take action before trying some. I just have this image of Chen walking into the middle of a gang fight, firing up the wok, and having the whole fight grind to a halt after they start sniffing.
