We avoided a proper Ogre here for a long time, just advising using the Troll in his stead. But now that the Knight Errant has Ogre-wise as a skill, his time has come. Props to Thor for some good feedback!

Love it! It's been forever since someone's posted a properly burned new monster.

Thanks!

I think we need to start a monster burning project wherein we recreate every single D&D monster we can find.

Oh, well then it's a good idea there haven't been that many D&D monsters!

I could really use a Gelatinous Cube writeup. Anyone ready to take it on?

We generally use the amaeroth as a stand-in. You could probably take that and alter it into the gelatinous cube pretty easily.

D&D monster? I really get a Jack Vance's Lyonesse vibe off this ogre.

Just add Vocabulary-wise or something.

Ooooh, Lyonesse.

Where fairies use irrigation spells to shrink your nuts so you tie them to a cross on the road and they get visited by light, grey and dark....

Lyonesse is not my favourite JV story but it has some excellent bits.
