Under A Serpent Sun

I was looking for "Under A Serpent Sun" earlier and I noticed it was gone. I found a direct link by googling it, but it was a little inconvenient. Is there a reason why "Under A Serpent Sun" was removed from the downloads page? The comment for the removal just says "(→Additional Settings)", which is kind of vague. Would there be a problem with restoring it or is there something going on with it?

On the Downloads page on the Burning Wiki, the section for "Under A Serpent Sun" is gone. The PDF is still on the wiki, but the section on the downloads page for UASS is gone.

According to the page history, on December 5th, BurningAssistant removed it and the only comment was "(→Additional Settings)". I was wondering if this was intentional or accidental and if it was unintentional, would it be ok to restore the section.

I suspect this should be posted on the wiki, but I was wondering if there was a story behind it disappearing, like the Magic Burner sample chapters vanishing before it was officially announced.

The first reference I have seen to it was here http://burningwheel.org/forum/showthread.php?t=6564 And I have no idea what it is apart from some futuristic-y setting so the AP is not making much sense to me :-(.
