hacked char sheet

i'm not so familiar with pdf making, etc. but could one of you experts make us a hackable character sheet and maybe a conflict sheet as well? one that could be used universally (dwarf guard, battlestar mouseguard, etc.) without all the traditional mouseguardy stuff. i know it's a lot to ask. just an idea.
