I've created my own Burning Wheel Character Index to use for my campaign. I thought I'd share it here too. If you print it out and give it a try, please give me some feedback.
I call it the "Fold-Over BWCI". It's designed so that the two pages are printed or photocopied back-to-back on one sheet of paper and then book-folded so you end up with a two-page 5.5x8.5 pamphlet.

foldover_BWCI.zip contains just the PDF;
foldover_BWCI_plus_fonts.zip contains the PDF plus the fonts used, just in case they didn't embed properly.
The fonts used were "Goblin Hand" and "Magic: the Gathering" from acidfonts.com and Goudy Old Style from the Windows standard font pack.
EDIT: Oh, and Wingdings.
