Shivem is happy feeding upon a few fingers before taking the big dirt nap. I don't think the object here is to see who wins but if the pretty elf can keep his nose in the battle.

I'd like to proclaim that if the elf prince takes a mark to the face that he be granted the trait "Missing Nose!"

My playtests with the character WERE against an Elven prince... a quickly made one at that. :roll:

Shivem has been side betting so it behoves him to inflate his own odds!

Fight went like this:
Rat looks around for a hole to jump in and finds one just in time to be skewered by the elven princes javalin. A single second elapsed between combatants noticing each other and Shivem's blood flowing into rat holes.

Does someone have the AIM transcript for this? No fights are valid unless posted here. So if JC wants the victory noted, the transcript's gotta be posted.

I am thinking that AIM fights are no longer applicable to the Arena. I like reading the fight as it progresses too much to allow it to happen off-screen! People can still have AIM bouts, but they won't count in the Hall of Champions.

Well someone agreed to post the Transcript of the fight but that never happend. I'll see if I have it saved on my puter when I get home tonight. You didn't miss much 'blai it lasted one volley.

I have the transcript. Per his request I sent a mostly edited copy of the thing to Thor. He said that he would write it up and present it when he had the oppurtunity. It seems that the scourge of real life is really taking up a lot of his time.

Yeah, I'm sorry guys. I'm getting slammed at work, and I'm editing for Luke when I get home, which doesn't leave a lot of time. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Eh don't sweat it man, take your time. I know that it all gets bogged on top of you fairly quickly. I think the gist of it is what Kublai was saying about the action taking place off screen. From now on AIM battles no county.

SOooo here's what happened.... Shivem looked around for a hole to hide in from which to chuck knives from cover and found it! Manaur let javelin fly.... Shivem having no armor, and no defense scripted was doomed however the ref was kind and ruled in the spirit of his cowardly defensive actions that he would have his shield perched above him. Two dice from his shield were allowed, after one success and a (1) his shield split and was unable to thwart the mighty blow, the javelin struck hard and the DOF was tossed (a 6!) a fatal blow. Fight over exchange 1 volley 1.

Will all the fights that are completed be locked? This would really help in determining whose fighting and whose not.
