BWHQ Forum Etiquette Updated

Hi Folks,

I've updated our forum etiquette:

I added the Dog Pile request. On the forums right now we have so many expert, knowledgable users that questions from new users can result in a barking dog pile of expert opinions rather than direct answers that promote dialogue.
