Note: Forgive me for describe Traits, but it's my first monster and I want everything be clear. It's a potent monster, yes, but him should be the center of a campaing or adventure, so I think it's fine. Because my english sucks, can be mistakes in the text. Sorry for that.

PS: This is my personal Philadelphia Experiment, so may be an odd creature in some way. I apologize if so.

Interesting beastie you've got here.

Well the the first thing you want to consider is that Will B2. Two light wounds and this thing is down for the count unconscious. It also makes its Hesitation so high that it will automatically fail Steel tests so once your players figure out the fear of flame this thing is not much of a threat. I would either increase the Will Stat or add some traits like Brute to prevent knockout by mental stats, and some of the traits that lower hesitation. Agility seems a little low too. Otherwise, it looks like an interesting challenge.

It's a giant monster. It deserves Grey Power and Forte stats. Otherwise, a single crossbow bolt will incapacitate it. As I recall, it wasn't really effected by bullets and stuff, right?

Speed and Agility should be at least 6. Boost Will to 4 or give it some sort of Fearless/Brute/Numb/Tough as Nails trait. Otherwise, it will fail every single Steel test it makes.

Boost Brawling to B6 as its main attack was Locking, Pushing, and Throwing.

Add Savage Bite at B6 as well.

You need a trait to describe the Swallowing - a Physical action that he can do once he Incapacitates his victim allowing him to swallow his prey whole - perhaps still alive (allowing a rescue attempt).

All attacks should have a +1 VA from its B7 Power.

Thanks, sir. I appreciate it. :D

Originally, him has this stats:

Stats: Will B4, Perception B4, Agility B5, Speed B8, Power B7, Forte B7

Attributes: Health B5, Steel B6, Hesitation 6, Reflexes B5, Multiplier 7.5x, Circles B0, Resources B0, 1D Infamous Reputation within people near to rivers and sea, Mortal Wounds B13

PTGS: Su B4, Li B8, Mi B10, Sr B11, Tr B12, MW B13

And has this Traits:

Horrorific Aura (Dt, 8 pts, all those within the creature's presence take a Steel test with an obstacle penalty equal to the creature's Will exponent), Hideous! (Dt, 2 pts, +1 hesitation to all Steel checks caused by this creature), Aggresive (C-O/Dt, 4 pts, call-on for Intimidation, must enter combat in Aggresive stance), Shadeshifter (Dt, 4 pts, the creature's skin shifts color slighty to match to the surroundings it is in, +1D to all Stealthy tests).

In the movie, he is incapasitated by shotguns, and then recovers him self very fast.

That's nice.

Boost Brawling to B6 as its main attack was Locking, Pushing, and Throwing.
In principle, I want it easy to dodge.

Add Savage Bite at B6 as well.
I don't know what is that. Savage Attack?

Very interesting. A lot of fun!

Oh. I will take note.

In BW terms, those shotguns were doing Supies and Light Wounds to him. Enough of such will put down anything, but the injured will recover in a short time unless a killing blow was landed.

I missed all the bonus dice from traits. What is there? 4 bonus dice altogether? I suppose that might be enough. However, you need to clarify the Extra Arms description. Extra Arms (Dt, 4 pts, this creature has two little arms in the center of his body, like a Tyrannosaurus, +1D to Brawling, count especially for Get Inside and Lock maneuvers). What do you mean by "count especially"?

I don't know what is that. Savage Attack?:
Forget this. Brawling is fine, but we like to keep that to non-monsters. Savage Attack makes more descriptive sense for monsters.

Brawling only gives access to the Strike, Block, Charge, Great Strike, Push and Lock actions. You cannot use Beat, Counterstrike, Disarm, Feint or Throw Opponent with Brawling. Savage Attack is the monstrous equivalent to Boxing (i.e., Martial Arts). It gives access to all the actions.

OK. I see your point. Gray Shade then.

I don't know for sure. Come in the Trait description, pag. 324. I think that two little arms are useful when the creature is above you, but maybe the big ones are useful too.

Ah, haha. I see.

OK. Another name for Boxing. All right then.

OK. I edited. I don't like the Gray Mortal Wounds. I dunno. I don't think this creature is so hard to kill, but... who knows?

Not hard to kill? They had to have it doused in gasoline, swallowing gasoline, and then they blew it up –*and then they had to impale it!

Thank you for adapting this monster to Burning Wheel. I will gonna use it in my next River-adventure in a slightly altered, smaller form though.
