A new question that has popped up:

* Can you release a missile while moving without a penalty? I know close/withdraw gives you +1 Ob, but there's nothing else that mechanically prevents an archer from sprinting like crazy while taking Aim and Releasing his arrow?

No, nothing prevents an archer from maintaining/closing/withdrawing while aiming or releasing.

Note: There ain't no more sprinting. You move as fast as you can to get where you're going.
