I'm not quite sure I understand the what's going on in the possession challenge.

I take it that Thelon is only in possession of the character as long as he holds the Orb? So the Will exponent is used in a vs test if the player intends to drop the orb. Do the traits then go away?

If the character's Will is stronger than Thelon's can he safely carry the orb without possession using let it ride?

If Thelon is in control is there anything for the player to do in the conflict? Could the player possibly be given the task of roleplaying Thelon in control of his character?

Thelon has a wise for his bargaining. How is that intended to be used? I'm guessing that he could tell the party of another such treasure or how to turn off the traps as part of a compromise or deal.

Also, the adventure is very sketchy and the GM is supposed to fill in the blanks. It's meant more as a template for how to create an old timey dungeon crawl experience in BW.

That makes much more sense. I thought it was a character trait.
