I think that a W9 with the trait "Last Son of Krypton" and "Powered by a Yellow Sun" would work fine. No need to get crazy.
Re: Hulk v. Superman: The Hulk has never, ever actually been taken down in a knock-down, drag-out 'fair' fight. The harder you hit him, the angrier he gets and the stronger he gets.
But Supers would totally win in a fight. Hulk can't fly, and he can't hold his breath forever.
Although these are examples I think the discussion about the exploits of supes and the hulk are best kept in its own area...
Actually The Hulk WAS beaten in a knock-down, drag out 'fair' fight, unless you do not count Juggernauts superpower 'fair.' juggernaut, without his armor, takes out the Hulk for some agency after finding out that his super power is that he cannot be stopped and that it counts toward his mental endevours as well as his physical ones.
There is no question that the DC characters like Aquaman, Flash, Superman and Wonderwoman has white stats. As yagathai aptly points out, they are gods. They are divine. There is no other qualifier needed. Superman's white physical stats may outclass Aquaman's white swimming, Forte and Strength (he can withstand deep ocean pressure and still move, for neptune's sake) but they are still white.
Most marvel character with exceptions are in the gray shade where more DC characters than not are in the white shade. This is what makes Batman so much cooler than everyone. With a G8 Steel and maybe G8 perception everything else is simple the top of human potential.
As far as The Hulk vs Superman? that's tough. The Hulk would be one of the few heroes in Marvel that touches White stats. One of his traits would actually be a scaling mechanism that runs off his Rage. His Strength and Forte rise along as, I would guess, the PTGS goes from black to gray to white. The Hulk actually has no upper limit on Strength. Superman does. However, get him early and he's vulnerable.
